Order of disposal by way of sale of goods or the vehicle alongwith the goods

under Rule 74 (6) of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006.

  Whereas, a penalty of Rs._______________(in figures) __________________ (in words) has been imposed on ________________ (Name and address of the transporter) under sub-section (8) or (10) of section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 vide order dated________________ and

 Whereas  the said transporter has failed to deposit the said amount within the time prescribed for it,

 Now, therefore, under the provisions of sub-section (12) of section 57 of the said Act the following goods or the vehicle alongwith the goods are hereby ordered to be disposed of by way of sale.
